PHOTOGRAPHY AND PROCESSING TECHNIQUES

I still have to meet the photographer that can prove he knows everything, and can remember everything. There is always room for learning, and more so with the added advantages of post processing. In the film days, options were really limited, and generally expensive. Nowadays it is accepted and almost expected that the digital shooter will return to his photo-lab (computer), and apply whatever post processing is required to create the desired end result.

This is often also the cause of heated debate, as the sky is really the limit, and ultimately only the photographer and his client will decide how far to take the process. Bottom line is that amazing things are possible, and with the minimum additional processing, a mediocre shot can be given a tremendous amount of impact.

This area of the site will in time share information about specific techniques used during the "shooting" and "post processing" of your work, to enable you to enhance the picture to your liking.
